"What is friendship?" you ask me, this is what I say
They're always there beside you, even through night and day
Friendship is a wonderful thing you never want to lose
To find this kind of friendship, you just need to choose
They're forever by your side, ready to ease your pain
Rescued you from darkness your happiness is what they aim
No one else can be more determined for your trust
For them, it's always with you, with words "we", "our", and "us"
Suffering by your side, intended, truth, or lie
Once they enter your world, you just can't help but smile
Because you know that this friendship, is more than worthwhile
